HXD-VD58WV LCD driver board is a versatile industrial-grade 30 pin LCD controller board designed to convert VGA and DVI signals to LVDS outputs. Supporting resolutions up to 1920×1200, it is ideal for a wide range of TFT LCD display applications. HXD-VD58WV LCD control board can support auto dimming, potentionmeter knob dimming, multiple language support, meets DICOM's brightness control standards, supports GAMMA control (with 7 preset GAMMA curves), and can operate stably at temperatures as low as -40℃. This board is widely used in industrial control systems, embedded devices, digital signage, and display upgrades.
♦ Wide Voltage Input: 12–28V wide voltage input design. The LCD driver board continues to operate stably even when the voltage fluctuates, eliminating the need for an additional voltage regulator and reducing costs.
♦ Support Auto Dimming: Reserved light sensor interface, when connected to an external light-sensing module, it can measure ambient light intensity in real time. It automatically boosts brightness under strong sunlight and dims backlight at night or cloudy days.
♦Support Rotary Knob Dimming: A potentiometer dimming port is reserved. External potentiometer enables pure hardware manual brightness adjustment without serial commands or software operations, delivering fast and intuitive debugging.
♦Supports Multiple Languages: HXD-VD58WV LCD driver board features a built-in multilingual font library, allowing users to switch freely between multiple languages..
♦ DICOM-compliant Brightness Control: Strictly compliant with the DICOM medical imaging display standard, it delivers linear and uniform brightness output, accurately reproduces grey-scale levels, and eliminates brightness discontinuities in the image.
♦ Supports GAMMA Control: 7 preset Gamma curves built-in, it accurately calibrates image contrast, gray scale and color gradation to fit different application scenarios
♦ Enhanced Anti-static Protection and Power Isolation: Designed with anti-static protection to effectively guard against electrostatic discharges during assembly and use. The power supply section employs an isolated circuit architecture to protect the driver board and LCD screen from damage caused by power surges, thereby enhancing safety standards.
