HXD62HV-V1 LCD Screen Motherboard Features

• Wide voltage input

HXD62HV-V1 LCD control board supports wide voltage input ranging from 8V to 20V, with 12V as the typical voltage. When the LCD panel is powered by 12V, the board must also be supplied with 12V.

• Wide temperature range

HXD62HV-V1 LCD panel driver board ranges from -20℃ to +70℃. It maintains steady and reliable performance even in complex and harsh industrial working conditions, adapting to various application scenarios.

On-board LED backlight driver circuit

Onboard LED backlight driver circuit, supports 9~25V driving voltage for small & medium-size LED backlight. Backlight brightness adjustable via PWM duty cycle control.

Built-in T-CON circuit

Built-in T-CON circuit, directly drives small & medium-size LVDS/TTL LCD panels without onboard T-CON chip.

Optional output interfaces

HXD62HV-V1 LCD control board is equipped with two types of display output ports: LVDS and TTL. As a professional LVDS board controller, it provides LVDS 0.5mm-40pin single 6/8bit interface, as well as TTL 18bit/24bit interface to match different LCD display panels flexibly.

TTL Output Interface Pin Definition | FFC 0 .5mm-50pin

HXD62HV-V1 LCD controller board utilises a standard 0.5mm 50-pin top contact FPC connector commonly found in industrial applications. The design allows for easy installation and removal of the FFC cable, ensuring high assembly efficiency. It offers the advantages of an integrated cable assembly, ultra-slim design to save space, and quick installation and removal. Modifying the cable later is inconvenient, as individual wires cannot be replaced separately. When selecting a compatible LCD panel for the LCD driver board, you need to verify whether the pin definition of the LCD panel interface matches that of the screen motherboard. The detailed pin definitions for the 50-pin TTL output interface are listed in the table below. Please refer to the product datasheet for further information.

A: HXD62HV-V1 LCD control board is compatible with TFT LCD displays that operate on 3.3V or 5V and feature LVDS or TTL interfaces. The LVDS interface adopts 0.5mm-40pin single 6/8bit, while the TTL interface works with 18bit/24bit. With onboard integrated T-CON circuit, HXD62HV-V1 LCD driver board can directly drive small & medium-sized TFT panels without T-CON. Equipped with LED backlight driver circuit, HXD62HV-V1 LCD control board supports LED backlight with driving voltage ranging from 9V to 25V.

Q2: Is this driver board's FFC 0.5 mm pitch, 50-pin TTL interface compatible with every 50-pin TTL LCD screen universally?

A: Not all 50-pin TTL LCD screens are directly compatible. Only LCD panels with identical pin definitions, signal sequencing and voltage standards can be plugged in directly. For most screens with the same pitch and pin count, the pin definitions must still be checked. They cannot be assumed to be compatible by default.
