HXD Efficiently Resolves Clients’ LCD Display Problems, Demonstrating the 12-year Brand Strength

Recently, HXD received a feedback from a Spanish client Mr. Miguel regarding a flickering issue of a 18.5-inch LCD display. After receiving the feedback, we immediately set up the response mechanism: the customer-specific technical member Linda Zhou quickly established communication with Mr. Miguel, thoroughly verified the product information and the abnormal phenomenon, and continuously followed the progress throughout the process; the technical analysis team was immediately formed to conduct comprehensive testing and analysis.

  

Through the on-site professional fixture illumination test, the team confirmed that the backlight signal was normal. The only abnormal phenomenon was that all screens except the L0 screen showed flickering. Subsequently, we conducted detailed inspections on the production cycle, key signal voltages, ground resistance values, IC appearance, and Bonding lines. Finally, the cause of the problem was identified that multiple bumps in the COG Bonding area were severely corroded, resulting in the inability of the signals to be transmitted normally. Later, we had an individual online technical meeting with Mr. Miguel, and the product analysis report can be viewed by clicking on the file. To minimize the Mr. Miguel’s losses, HXD promptly launched a compensation plan: we sent a brand-new identical LCD display to Mr. Miguel for free, and also provided free repair services for the original defective product. The repaired product was promptly returned after the repair was completed, demonstrating our commitment to clients with efficient actions.
